Symbols of time carried forward. Both logos were created by designer NAMARI: one is a map with the town's memory; the other is stones layering Japan's eras.

Ogawatei — A map holding the town's memory

The lines take their cue from Takamatsu's shopping arcades; the circle locates Ogawatei. Together, they form a map of the streets around the house.

What first looks like an unfamiliar mark gradually reveals the local map it contains. That small discovery can become part of your journey, while its quiet retro feel mirrors the character of this Japanese home.

Furujintei — Stones layering the eras

The logo expresses Japan's changing eras — Taishō, Shōwa, Heisei, and Reiwa — with stones of varying lengths. They are inspired by the garden stones that sit in the courtyard, keeping a sense of stillness and space.

Each stone holds the memory, culture, and everyday life of its era. The form makes Japan's era names visible to travellers from abroad, while quietly expressing the house's wish to honour the old and connect it to new value.
